What we collect

When you pay for an order, we collect only what we need to take payment and give you a receipt:

• Order details — the items or services on your order, the amounts, and whether the payment succeeded.
• Your name — only if you choose to provide it. It is optional and used to label your order and receipt.
• Email address — only if you ask us to email your receipt, so we can send it.

You do not create an account or password to pay. We do not ask for your address, date of birth, or any government identification through this page.

Card and payment information

We use Stripeto process card payments. When you pay, your card number and related details are entered on Stripe’s secure, hosted payment page and are sent directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Why we use it

• To process your payment and confirm it went through.
• To create and show or email your receipt.
• To keep records of sales for our own accounting and tax purposes.
• To respond if you contact us about an order or a refund.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run this page, and they only receive what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — processes card payments.
• Supabase — securely stores our order and receipt records in a hosted database.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep order and receipt records as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal reasons — generally the period required by applicable recordkeeping and tax rules. When we no longer need a record, we delete or anonymize it. Stripe retains payment records under its own retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request and may keep records we are legally required to retain (for example, sales records for tax purposes).

Children

This page is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
