Gunsmith services

We stand behind our work. If the service you paid for was not performed correctly, let us know within 14 days of picking up your item and we will inspect it and re-do the work at no additional charge where the issue is due to our workmanship.

Because service work involves our time and materials, completed service labor is generally non-refundable once performed; our first remedy is to correct the work. Any deposit taken for scheduled work is applied to your final bill and is refundable only if we have not yet begun the work.

Accessories

You may return most accessories within 30 days of purchase for a refund, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with any tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price.

For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — for example hearing and eye protection, and cleaning supplies. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

Return shipping (if applicable) is paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we approve a refund, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days; the exact time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
