Terms of Service

What we offer

We provide gunsmithing services — such as cleaning, tuning, refinishing, and sight installation — and we sell soft accessories such as slings, cases, cleaning kits, hearing and eye protection, and apparel. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated firearm parts through this page.

Pricing, estimates, and quotes

Prices for accessories are as listed at the time of sale. Any price we give for service work is an estimate or quote, not a guarantee. Actual cost may change once we inspect your item and understand the work required. We will discuss and confirm significant changes with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed — typically at checkout for accessories, and at pickup or as arranged for services (a deposit may be required before service work begins). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is complete once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Return Policy for how refunds and returns work.

Service work: inspection and legal compliance

All service work is subject to our inspection of the item and to applicable law. We may decline or stop any work that is unsafe, that we are not equipped to perform, or that would not comply with federal, state, or local law. We do not perform work that requires a license or authorization we do not hold.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you lawfully own or are lawfully authorized to possess any item you bring to us for service, and that you are legally permitted to have the work done. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the item and its condition. You must be of legal age to purchase the accessories you order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or service is limited to the amount you paid for that order or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Services and accessories are provided without warranties except as required by law or as we expressly state in writing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Updates are shown by the effective date at the top of this page.
